SSTS can help solve problems related to your computer’s hardware and most software. If SSTS cannot solve your problem, we will direct you to the appropriate department on campus to meet your technology needs.
During Regular Business Hours:

Please only call outside regular business hours if your issue is truly an emergency. Tell the person that answers the phone the following information:
- You are normally supported by Student Success Technology Services.
- You use Novell to connect to a sub-context of ssts.ukans.
This information will help the KU Help Desk staff resolve your issue quickly.
