Duties Include:

  • Coordinate technical support for Student Success.
  • Plan, communicate, and implement all upgrades of hardware and software.
  • Supervise IT support technicians.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for all PCs, printers, and peripherals.
  • End user training.
    • PC Coordinators leader.
  • Manage technology inventory for Student Success.
